Due to the huge demand, shipping is taking a bit longer than usual. It might take up to 5 working days to process your order, but once it’s ready, we’ll get it shipped straight to you!

Discount vouchers can't be used on sale items, and since almost everything will be on sale, there aren't many opportunities to use them ;)

Address changes can be accommodated as long as your order hasn't been marked as fulfilled. Once fulfillment occurs, we regret to inform you that address modifications are no longer possible.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. However, if it’s already processed by our warehouse and you’ve received a shipping confirmation, cancellation won’t be possible. For cancellations made after 2 hours, a 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover platform and transaction costs, which we’re obligated to pay even if the order is canceled.
